GlamGem by LakshMan operates in select cities within India. Please verify if we deliver to your Pincode on the shopping cart checkout page. We apologize for any inconvenience if courier service is unavailable in your area.

NOTE: Currently, we cannot deliver a single order to multiple addresses. You will need to place separate orders for each destination.

Secure Packaging

Each product undergoes rigorous quality checks to guarantee that you receive flawless jewels safely. After passing these checks, the jewelry is carefully packed in plastic pouches or butter paper for secure delivery. The items are then presented in GlamGem by LakshMan’s stylish Fashion Jewellery Box.

• Some logistics partners may require an ID proof upon delivery.
• If the original recipient is unavailable and the shipment has a high value, the delivery agent may ask for ID from anyone collecting the package at the designated address on behalf of the customer.
• This measure ensures accurate and secure delivery of your product.

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time.

Delivery Time for Domestic Orders:

• The product is typically delivered within 5-7 working days in India from the date of order confirmation, unless delayed by any government authority or its representatives.
• If we are unable to deliver your order within this timeframe, we will cancel it and notify you accordingly.
• In such cases, a refund will be processed directly to your account using the same payment method.
• We partner exclusively with reputable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.
• To guarantee that the package reaches the intended recipient, we may require identity proof for verification.
