Refund & Return Policy

At GlamGem, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Refund & Return Policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Unworn and unused
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

1.3. Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons

2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, please email us at Support@reliefeayurvedaofficial.in or call our customer service at +91-8700525400.

2.2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

2.3. Please include the RMA number on the outside of your return package.

2.4. Ship your return to:

2.5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

3. Refunds

3.1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

3.3. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

4. Exchanges

4.1. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

5.1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Sale Items

6.1. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

7.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Support@reliefeayurvedaofficial.in. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

8. Cancellations

8.1. If you change your mind about a purchase, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

8.2. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

9. International Returns

9.1. We accept international returns. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or taxes.

10. Changes to This Policy

10.1. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
